Change your password

Choose a new password while you're signed in, or add one if you signed up with Google or Apple.

You can change your password at any time while you're signed in. If you've forgotten it, reset it from the log-in page instead.

Steps

Open the menu and choose the gear icon (Settings).
In the Account card, next to Security, choose Manage. You can also go straight to Security.
Under Password, choose Change.
Enter your Current password, then your New password, and type it again in Confirm new password.
Choose Change password.

Your other devices will be asked to log in again, and we email you to confirm the change.
Your new password needs at least 6 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
If you signed up with Google or Apple and have never set a password, you'll see Add a password instead of Change. Choose it, enter a New password and Confirm password, then choose Save password. After that you can log in with your email too.
If you see "That isn't your current password" and can't remember it, log out and choose Forgot password? on the log-in page.
