Today and check-ins (6)
  • Change a past check-in or see your trends
Fill in or fix your check-in for any of the last seven days, add sleep quality and a note, and see 30-day trends.
  • Do your daily check-in
Record stress, mood, energy, appetite and last night's sleep with one tap each from the Today page.
  • Log anything with Quick Capture
Type or say one sentence about a meal, water, your weight, a symptom, food noise or a reminder, check it, then save.
  • Log food noise and hunger
Rate today's food noise for morning, afternoon and evening, plus hunger, cravings and fullness, and see your 30-day trend.
  • Read your weekly review
See how last week went across nutrition, habits, strength, food noise and symptoms, plus up to three things to focus on next.
  • Use the Today page
See what you've done today, the one thing worth doing next, and what's still open, in the order your day runs.
Food and meal plans (11)
Medication and symptoms (11)
  • Add your prescriber, pharmacy and refill date
Keep your prescriber's and pharmacy's contact details and your next refill date with each schedule, and get a refill reminder.
  • Log a dose
Record an injection or tablet you've taken, with the date, dose and injection site, so your medication record stays accurate.
  • Log a side effect or symptom
Record a symptom with its severity, how long it has lasted and your own notes, and see guidance as soon as you save.
  • Record a missed dose
Note a dose that didn't happen so your record stays accurate. It's a record, not a prompt to do anything.
  • Rotate your injection sites
See which of the six injection sites you've used, how recently, and which site GLP-Won suggests next.
  • Set up a medication schedule
Add a weekly or daily schedule, injection or tablet, so GLP-Won can count down to your next dose and send dose reminders.
  • Tell your anaesthesia team about your GLP-1
Before surgery or a procedure, open the reminder card on the Medication page, note where you are in your dose cycle, and read what the guidance it links to says to discuss with the team.
  • Turn off reminders or change a schedule
Switch dose reminders off or on, edit a schedule's medication, dose, route or cadence when your prescriber changes them, or retire a schedule. Logged doses stay.
  • Understand your estimated level curve
What the Estimated level card and shot-week strip show for weekly injections — a relative 0–100 shape, not a measurement.
  • View your dose timeline
See every dose you recorded as periods over time, with food noise, GI symptoms, protein, strength and weight drawn alongside.
  • What you see after logging a symptom
The four kinds of guidance GLP-Won shows after you log a side effect, what a routing level is, and the full-page notice for the most serious, with your medication's own label linked.
Habits and streaks (5)
  • How streaks and grace days work
Your streak survives the occasional missed day thanks to grace. See how grace is earned, used and shown on the Habits page.
  • Log your daily habits
Mark a habit done on the Habits page, add a habit of your own, change a habit's target or cadence, archive one, and see which habits fill in by themselves.
  • Pause with Vacation Mode
Take a planned break for travel or illness without breaking your streaks or lowering your consistency.
  • Read your Progress overview
See your week in review in one place, from your health score breakdown and habit compliance to workouts, lessons and focus areas.
  • Take a lighter week after a quiet stretch
When things have gone quiet, check in, say what got in the way, and make one habit smaller for seven days.
Weight, strength and body (10)
  • Add a progress photo
Save a private progress photo with a date and caption, and remove one whenever you like.
  • Connect Apple Health or Health Connect in the phone app
Phone app only: let GLP-Won read your weight, body composition, steps and sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect.
  • Follow the beginner strength plan
Use the three short at-home strength sessions and log one with a single tap once you've done it.
  • Hide your weight
Turn weight off so it stops counting toward your health score and graduation and is taken off your main screens.
  • Log a lab result
Record A1C, glucose, insulin, blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride results and see your latest value for each.
  • Log a strength session
Record a workout with exercises, reps and weight, and follow your estimated one-rep max to see whether you're getting stronger.
  • Log waist, body fat and lean mass
Record waist, hip, body fat and lean mass measurements, and follow your waist trend and waist-to-hip ratio.
  • Log your weight
Enter a weigh-in, see your weight trend over a week to a year, and check your progress toward your goal weight.
  • Record a functional test
Log a sit-to-stand, 4-metre walk, single-leg balance or grip strength result and see how it changes over time.
  • See your whole journey on one timeline
One timeline with your doses, weight and waist, food noise, symptoms, protein, strength, functional tests, energy, labs and treatment changes.
Learning (6)
  • Earn credentials and graduate
Climb the five-rung credential ladder and track your graduation requirements on your transcript. Earned credentials are yours to keep.
  • Play or resume an interactive lesson
Launch an interactive lesson, open it full screen, pick up where you left off, and fix one that didn't record as complete.
  • Take a quiz or teach-back
Answer a GLP University quiz from memory, read the explanation for every question, and try again as often as you like.
  • What evidence labels mean
Some lessons carry an Established, Promising or Experimental label showing how strongly research supports what they teach.
  • Why a week is locked
GLP University weeks unlock in order as you finish earlier ones. Transition weeks can open early.
  • Work through a week of GLP University
Open your current week in the Learning Center, go through its lessons, and finish the week to earn its Win Points.
Transition Center (12)
  • Answer your post-transition checkpoints
Record your day-0 baseline and the monthly checkpoints from day 30 to day 180 during your post-transition window, and what the weekly weigh-in and food-noise prompt is for.
  • Check your transition readiness
See how well-supported your routines are across eight areas. The result is More support recommended or Ready for a clinician conversation.
  • Practise with a maintenance rehearsal
Run a two-to-four-week practice of maintenance routines, or a lapse-recovery simulation, while your medication plan stays as it is.
  • Prepare for my appointment
Build a one-page summary of your doses, symptoms and trends for any clinician, choosing what goes in before you share it.
  • Read your early-warning signals
After a clinician-directed change, GLP-Won compares your recent logs with your own baseline and flags early warning signs.
  • Record a coverage or supply lapse
Tell GLP-Won your coverage, prior authorization or supply has lapsed — from Today, Medication or the Transition Center — so it freezes a baseline to watch your trends against.
  • Record that you're back on treatment
Go back to preparing while on treatment if you've stopped exploring a change, your clinician's plan changed, or your GLP-1 has restarted.
  • Record what your clinician decided
Write down what your clinician told you about a change in their words, pick which route they chose, then open your post-transition window when it takes effect.
  • Share, download or revoke a clinician summary
Copy the read-only link for your clinician, download a PDF, read their reply, and switch the link off whenever you choose.
  • Start exploring readiness or report a lapse
Tell GLP-Won you're thinking about a change, or that coverage or supply has already lapsed, so planning and monitoring can begin.
  • What the Transition Center is for
The Transition Center helps you prepare for treatment changes your clinician decides on. It never advises on medication.
  • Write your appetite-return plan
Write your appetite-return, 90-day maintenance and question plans, then check in each week with the appetite-return drill.
