Log one of your usual foods again

Re-log a food you eat often in one tap from the Your usuals list on your food log.

If you eat the same things often, you don't need to search for them or type them each time. Your usuals lists the foods you log most, ready to add again in one tap.

Steps

  1. Open your Food log for the day you want to add to.
  2. Find the Your usuals card.
  3. Select the food's name. It's added to the day under the same meal, with the same amounts as the last time you logged it.

Good to know

  • The list shows up to 8 of the foods you've logged most often in the last 60 days, most-logged first. It appears once you've logged something.
  • Each tap adds one entry. To undo, select the x beside the new entry.
  • If the original entry was an estimate, the repeated one is marked est. too.
  • Usuals add one food at a time. There's no button to copy a whole day or meal.
  • Photo logging checks your usuals first, so a meal you've logged before is matched to your own figures.
