Read your early-warning signals
After a clinician-directed change, GLP-Won compares your recent logs with your own baseline and flags early warning signs.
Once you've recorded a clinician-directed change, GLP-Won watches your own logs for early signs that routines are slipping. It compares the last three weeks with a 30-day baseline of your own, usually the month before your transition date — never with anyone else.
Steps
- Open the Transition Center. If anything has shown up, the Worth looking at card is near the top.
- Read each signal and the numbers behind it — for example Food noise is up on your own baseline, Strength sessions have dropped off, Your routines are holding less well, Weight is trending up or Nothing logged for a while.
- Look under What you said you'd do for your own appetite-return plan. If you haven't written one, the card says so.
- Use your plan, and keep logging so the picture stays accurate.
Good to know
- None of these signals is about your medication, and none is a symptom assessment.
- The strongest signals also appear on your dashboard and can send a notification, at most once a week for the same signal.
- When nothing has been logged for a while, that's the only signal shown, because the other comparisons need data. Days in Vacation Mode don't count as silence.
- If weight is hidden, there's no weight signal.
- The signals keep running for as long as you're in your post-transition window — through the checkpoints to day 180 and after them — because regain builds over months, not weeks.
- During your post-transition window or a reported coverage lapse, if your latest weigh-in is 3 lb or more above your baseline, a separate card says so and points you to your trigger plan.
