Answer your post-transition checkpoints

Record your day-0 baseline and the monthly checkpoints from day 30 to day 180 during your post-transition window, and what the weekly weigh-in and food-noise prompt is for.

During your post-transition window, short checkpoints record how things are really going: day 0, then monthly from day 30 to day 180. Day 0 is your baseline, and every later checkpoint is read against it. The first 90 days are the high-touch window; the series runs on past it because regain, when it comes, builds over months — about half of what returns in a year has returned by week 23.

Steps

  1. Open the Transition Center and find The first 90 days (after day 90, Post-transition window), which shows the day you're on and the checkpoints to day 180.
  2. When a checkpoint says Due now, select Answer. Your dashboard also shows a card when one is waiting.
  3. Move the four sliders: How much has appetite come back?, Energy, strength, doing what you want to do, How well are your routines holding? and Overall, how are you doing?
  4. From day 30 on, tick I've needed my appetite-return plan since the last checkpoint if that's true. Add anything else under Anything else worth recording?
  5. Select Save my baseline on day 0, or Save day 30 (60, 90, 120, 150, 180) later on.

Good to know

  • Do day 0 even if you're a little late. "Was it always like this?" only has an answer if you wrote it down first.
  • Each checkpoint also saves your food noise, strength sessions, habit adherence and weight (unless hidden) from the last 30 days, so it still says what was true when you read it back months later.
  • Through the first six months you get Your weekly post-transition check once a week, from midweek, asking for whatever is still missing that week — a weigh-in (never if weight is hidden) and a food-noise check-in. It asks for the point, not for a result: the checkpoints are a month apart and the early-warning signals need weekly data to read.
  • To change an answer, select Open beside a recorded checkpoint and save again. It replaces the earlier answer.
  • Checkpoints open only once your post-transition window has started. Nothing you record here changes your medication or produces advice about it.
  • If treatment restarts and you select I'm back on treatment, this window's checkpoints stay in your record. A later window starts its own day-0 baseline rather than replacing this one.
