Record what your clinician decided

Write down what your clinician told you about a change in their words, pick which route they chose, then open your post-transition window when it takes effect.

When your clinician directs a change in your treatment, record it here in their words, and pick which route they chose. This is the only thing that moves you onto a clinician-directed transition — GLP-Won never decides it for you, suggests no route, and records what you were told without adding to it.

Steps

  1. Open the Transition Center and find Your clinician has directed a change.
  2. Under What did your clinician say?, write their instructions as they gave them to you. This box is required.
  3. Under Which of these did they say?, pick the route that matches: Stop, Lower dose, Less frequent dosing, Switch to an oral GLP-1 or Switch source or formulation — or leave the first option, I'd rather not say, or it wasn't one of these. Their words are the record either way.
  4. Add Date this takes effect (optional) if you know it, then select Record it. Your stage becomes Clinician-directed transition, their words appear under On file from your clinician, and the route you picked shows as a chip beside them.
  5. When the change takes effect, check the date under Start the post-transition window and select Open the post-transition window.
  6. Your day-0 baseline opens straight away. Answer it while it's fresh.

Good to know

  • The route you pick is your record of your clinician's decision. GLP-Won holds no dose, schedule or frequency for it and nothing reads it to decide anything; it shows in Your history, on your dose timeline and on a clinician summary so the record says what was decided as well as what you took.
  • Opening the window switches off any active dose reminders, and the message says how many. If that's not right for you — a lower dose or a tablet still has doses — turn them back on or edit the schedule from Medication.
  • From the clinician-directed stage, GLP-Won also starts watching your logs for early warning signs.
  • While you're on a transition, having your clinician's direction on file is one of your graduation requirements.
  • If your clinician changes the plan and you're staying on treatment, select I'm staying on treatment. If treatment restarts after your window opened, select I'm back on treatment instead. What your clinician told you, and the route you picked, stay in Your history either way.
  • Inside your post-transition window you can't record a new direction, because the window's checkpoints count from its start date. If your treatment has restarted or changed, record that first.
