Rotate your injection sites

See which of the six injection sites you've used, how recently, and which site GLP-Won suggests next.

GLP-Won tracks six injection sites — left and right abdomen, left and right thigh, left and right arm — and suggests the one you've used least recently, so you don't have to remember where you went last time.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then Track → Medication (Medication).
  2. In Log a dose, choose Injection under How you took it. The Injection site list starts on the suggested site, shown underneath as "Suggested: … — least recently used".
  3. Keep that site or pick another, then select Log dose.
  4. Scroll to Where you've been injecting to see each site with a bar, how many times you've used it and how many days ago. The suggested site is highlighted.

Good to know

  • Only injections you logged as taken count. Tablets and missed doses never count as a site use.
  • The suggestion goes to the site used least recently, then the one used least overall. A site you've never used comes first.
  • If your last three injections all went to the same site, the card shows a note suggesting you spread them out.
  • The Where you've been injecting card appears once you've logged at least one injection with a site.
  • Dose reminders for injections mention site rotation and open this page.
  • If an injection site is bothering you, you can log it as a side effect — Injection site reaction is one of the types.
