Log a dose
Record an injection or tablet you've taken, with the date, dose and injection site, so your medication record stays accurate.
Logging each dose you take keeps your record accurate. It feeds your dose history and dose timeline and, for weekly injections, the estimated level curve. Your prescriber decides your dose and schedule — GLP-Won records what they've told you.
Steps
- Open the menu, then Track → Medication (Medication).
- In the Log a dose card, check the Medication and Dose (mg). They start filled in from your most recent schedule, or from your profile if you haven't added one.
- Set the Date you took it. It starts on today; pick an earlier day if you're catching up.
- Under How you took it, choose Injection or Tablet.
- For an injection, check the Injection site. The suggested site is already selected.
- Select Log dose.
Good to know
- Each dose you log earns 10 Win Points.
- You can't log a dose with a future date — log it once you've taken it.
- The dose appears under Dose history, with the site for an injection or "tablet" for a tablet.
- If you'd recorded the same medication as missed on that date, logging it as taken replaces the missed record.
- Logging a dose moves the next-dose countdown on to the following due date.
- Tablets have no injection site; the site question disappears when you choose Tablet.
- To correct an entry, open Edit or remove under it in Dose history, change the dose, date, route, site or note and select Save, or select Remove this entry. Your level curve, timeline and the next summary you make read the corrected entry; a clinician summary you've already created stays as it was. Removing a dose you took takes its 10 Win Points back off.
