Use the Today page

See what you've done today, the one thing worth doing next, and what's still open, in the order your day runs.

Today shows your day as one list: what you've already done, the one thing suggested next, and what's still open. Open it whenever you want to know what to do now.

Steps

  1. Select Today in the bottom navigation, or open the menu and choose Today (Today).
  2. At the top, Win Points today shows the points you've earned from habits completed today.
  3. Select the Up next card to go straight to the suggested task. It's your open task worth the most Win Points, and it shows the points and a short tip.
  4. Answer the Daily check-in card if you like. Every tap saves.
  5. Scroll to Your day. Finished items have a check mark. Open items are listed in the order the day runs (Morning, Midday, Anytime, Afternoon, Evening), each labelled with the ring it counts toward: Nutrition, Habits or Care. Select an open item to go to the page where you log it.

Good to know

  • The list holds your active habits, two weigh-ins a week and one lesson a week. The weigh-in task doesn't appear if you've chosen to hide your weight.
  • Finished items aren't links, so you can't undo one by accident.
  • An upcoming dated event, such as an injection due in the next two days or a transition checkpoint that's due, appears at the end of the list.
  • Coverage, prior auth or supply lapsed? opens into a short form if you've lost coverage, a prior authorization or a fill — see "Record a coverage or supply lapse". Once one is on file, the card says so instead.
  • If you have a streak going, the streak chip at the top (for example, "12-day streak") opens Progress.
  • When everything is done you'll see Everything for today is in. During Vacation Mode you'll see Your break is on — nothing is owed.
  • Other cards, such as one from your care team, appear only when they apply.
