Do your daily check-in

Record stress, mood, energy, appetite and last night's sleep with one tap each from the Today page.

The daily check-in is a quick record of how you're doing: stress, mood, energy, appetite and last night's sleep. It builds your own trends and gives your coach context.

Steps

  1. Open Today and find the Daily check-in card.
  2. Select one word on each row you want to answer:
    • Stress: Calm, Low, Medium, High or Intense
    • Mood: Very low, Low, Okay, Good or Great
    • Energy: Drained, Low, Okay, Good or High
    • Appetite: Very low, Low, Normal or Elevated
  3. Under Sleep last night, select Log (for example, Log 7 h) to record the hours shown. Use − and + first to change them in half-hour steps.
  4. That's it. Every tap saves straight away, and you can skip anything.

Good to know

  • To change an answer, select a different word. To remove one, select the highlighted word again. Select Clear to remove your sleep entry.
  • Appetite here means physical hunger. Food noise, how much food is on your mind, has its own page, Food noise, because the two can move apart.
  • The suggested sleep figure starts from your most recent entry in the past week, or from your Sleep habit's target.
  • If your health app recorded last night's sleep, the card shows that figure too. Your own entry is the one used.
  • If your health app hasn't already filled in that night, logging sleep that meets your Sleep habit's target completes the habit for the day and earns its Win Points.
  • Select Trends on the card to see your last 30 days or to answer for an earlier day.
