Change your daily targets
Change your protein, calorie, fiber and water targets, and your meal plan preferences, any time after setup.
Your daily targets are what your food log, habit rings and meal plans measure against. You set them during setup, and you can change them here whenever you like — for example, if your dietitian or clinician gives you different figures.
Steps
- Open Settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the menu), or choose Change targets under the protein ring on your Food log.
- On the Daily targets card, choose Change.
- Under Your daily targets, update Protein (g), Calories, Fiber (g) · optional and Water (oz).
- Under Meal plan preferences, tap any preferences to turn them on or off.
- Choose Save targets.
Good to know
- Your protein, water and fiber habits use the new targets from today. Days you've already logged keep the target they were logged against.
- If what you've already logged today now meets a new target, that habit is marked done straight away and earns its points.
- Leave fiber blank to have no fiber target. Your fiber habit is switched off — not deleted — and comes back if you set a target again.
- Meal plan preferences apply the next time you create a meal plan.
- Each figure has sensible limits, so a typing slip like 1500 g of protein is caught before it's saved.
- Where the figures come from, under your targets, names the source of the protein and strength figures GLP-Won talks about: the Obesity Pillars Delphi consensus of November 2025 — 1.2–1.5 g of protein per kg of body weight during weight loss, at least 0.8 g/kg in maintenance, and resistance training two to three times a week. It says what kind of source that is (an expert panel's statement, with industry sponsorship) and links to it. The figures are information; your target stays your own, and your clinician's or dietitian's figures come first.
