Finish setting up your plan

Work through the short setup after signing up to choose your goals and set your protein, calorie, fiber and water targets.

Right after you create an account, GLP-Won walks you through a short setup, about two minutes, that tailors your habits, daily targets and journey. Home and Today open once it's done.

Steps

  1. On the welcome screen, choose Start My Journey.
  2. What brings you here? Pick any goals that apply, then Continue.
  3. Are you using a GLP-1 medication? Choose your answer, including Switching medication, or from injections to a tablet if that's you. If you're using one, starting soon, switching or used one before, add the medication, choose Injection or Tablet under How you take it, and add the dose and — for an injection — the injection day your prescriber gave you. Tick the box if you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea. Choose Continue.
  4. Let's build your starting profile. Enter your current and goal weight, plus height, date of birth and biological sex. Waist, body fat and muscle mass are optional. Choose Continue.
  5. Your daily nutrition targets. Check the suggested protein, calories, fiber and water, change any you like, and pick your meal plan preferences. Choose Build My Meal Plan.
  6. What is your current strength training level? Pick your level and equipment, then Continue.
  7. Review Your GLP-Won plan and choose Enter My Dashboard.

Good to know

  • If you leave part-way, logging in or opening Home brings you back to setup.
  • You can change your targets and meal preferences any time afterwards, in Settings under Daily targets.
  • Fiber is optional. Leave it blank and you won't get a fiber target or a fiber habit.
  • Finishing sets up daily habits for protein, water, walking, strength, sleep and meal planning (plus fiber, if you set a target) and adds 100 Win Points, once — going back through setup later doesn't add them again.
  • Medication details are a record only. GLP-Won never advises on doses or medication changes; your prescriber decides those.
  • If you choose Tablet, there's no injection day to pick, and a note says that how to take it is set out in the Medication Guide that came with yours — GLP-Won points you there rather than restating it. A tablet gets a schedule, reminders and the next-dose countdown, and no injection site, shot-week phase or level curve.
  • The insulin or sulfonylurea box is a yes or no, not a medicine or a dose. It's there because that combination is where low blood sugar can happen on a GLP-1, and ticking it makes those symptoms route to your prescriber when you log them. You can change it later on the Medication page.
