View your dose timeline

See every dose you recorded as periods over time, with food noise, GI symptoms, protein, strength and weight drawn alongside.

The dose timeline draws the doses you recorded against time, with what else you logged alongside, so you can spot patterns in your own record. It shows what you logged — it doesn't judge a dose or suggest one. Your prescriber decides your dose and schedule — GLP-Won records what they've told you.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then Track → Medication, and select Dose timeline (or See the timeline beside Dose history). You can also go straight to Dose timeline.
  2. Choose a Period: Last 90 days, Last 180 days or Last year.
  3. Under Show alongside your doses, tick or untick Weight, Food noise, GI symptoms, Protein and Strength.
  4. Hover over a mark on the chart to see its date and details.
  5. Scroll down for What your record shows, the Dose periods table, and the full lists of doses and GI symptoms in the period.

Good to know

  • Each period on one medication and dose is a band whose height is the dose. A dot is a dose taken, a ring is a dose recorded as missed, and a line through every lane marks a dose change.
  • A ringed GI symptom is one that was assessed as worth a call to your prescriber, or more, when you logged it.
  • What your record shows compares your latest two dose periods once both are at least a week long and have something logged in both. These are patterns in what you recorded, not conclusions about your medication.
  • If you've hidden weight in Settings, weight isn't drawn here at all.
  • Prepare for my appointment puts your record on one page to take to your prescriber.
