See your whole journey on one timeline

One timeline with your doses, weight and waist, food noise, symptoms, protein, strength, functional tests, energy, labs and treatment changes.

Your journey puts everything you've recorded on one timeline, so a year reads as one story: what you took, what happened to your body, appetite, strength and function, and what happened with your treatment along the way. It shows what happened, not why, and it never judges a dose or suggests one.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then select Progress → Your journey (Your journey).
  2. Choose a Period — the last 90 or 180 days, Last year, or Since you started.
  3. Under Show, untick anything you don't want drawn. Every lane shares the same dates, so you can read straight down from one moment to see everything else at that time.
  4. The top lane, Your treatment and milestones, marks each change you recorded in the Transition Center and each credential you earned. Coverage interruptions and post-transition stretches are also shaded behind every lane.
  5. Below the chart, Over this period lists your first and latest reading of each measure — weight, waist, your most-logged lift, each functional test and each lab — and Milestones lists the treatment changes with your own notes.

Good to know

  • Strength is shown as an estimated 1-rep max for the lift you've logged most, so sets with different reps can be compared. The 4-metre walk is a time, so a smaller number is faster.
  • Lab results aren't drawn on a scale or marked as better or worse. Their values are in Over this period, and what they mean is a conversation for your clinician.
  • If you've hidden weight in Settings, it isn't drawn or compared here. Waist still is.
  • For what was going on around a dose change, open Around your dose changes, or select Open the dose timeline.
  • Taking it to an appointment? Prepare for my appointment puts your recent record on one page for your clinician.
