Log, skip or swap a meal in your plan

Mark planned meals as eaten, skip ones you won't have, or swap a meal for another recipe that fits your plan.

Your plan page opens with Why this plan fits you, then shows each day's meals with their time, calories and protein. From there you can record what you ate, skip a meal, or swap one for something else.

Steps

  1. Open Meal plan and select Open this plan. Today is marked Today.
  2. Select a meal's name to see the full recipe, with ingredients scaled to your plan's servings.
  3. Select Ate it once you've eaten a meal. It shows Eaten and you earn 5 Win Points. Select Undo if you tapped it by mistake.
  4. Select Swap to replace a meal with another recipe for the same meal that fits your plan's choices and isn't already in the plan.
  5. Select Skip for a meal you won't have. It's greyed out until you select Restore.

Good to know

  • Ate it on the plan tracks the plan only. To add the meal's nutrition to your Food log as well, select Ate it under From today's plan there.
  • Undo takes the 5 Win Points back off.
  • If nothing else fits, you'll see No other recipe fits this plan's filters for that slot.
  • A swapped-in meal starts as not eaten, and skipping a meal clears its Eaten mark.
  • The ring at the top shows how many of the plan's meals you've logged. Skipped meals don't count against you.
  • Swaps follow the same rules as the plan, including leaving out pork and any ingredients you chose to avoid.
