Add a progress photo

Save a private progress photo with a date and caption, and remove one whenever you like.

Progress photos sit alongside your numbers on the Strength & function page. They're private to you — numbers describe your body, and a photo shows what you actually see.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then Track → Strength (Strength & function).
  2. Find the Progress photos card.
  3. Set the Date, then choose an image under Photo.
  4. Add a Caption (optional) if you like.
  5. Select Save photo.
  6. To delete a photo later, select Remove under it.

Good to know

  • Photos can be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB each.
  • Only you can see your photos. Each one is shown only to your own signed-in account.
  • The card shows your 12 most recent photos, newest first, each labelled with its date.
  • Remove deletes the photo from GLP-Won straight away; there's no confirmation step.
