Log your weight

Enter a weigh-in, see your weight trend over a week to a year, and check your progress toward your goal weight.

The Weight page is where you record a weigh-in and see how your weight is trending over time.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then Track → Weight (Weight).
  2. In the Log weight card, type your weight in pounds.
  3. The date starts on today. Change it if you weighed in on another day.
  4. Select Log Weight.
  5. At the top, choose 1W, 1M, 3M, 6M or 1Y to change how far back the trend line goes.

Good to know

  • Each weigh-in earns 10 Win Points.
  • There's one weight per day: logging again for the same date replaces that day's entry.
  • The top card shows your latest weight, how much it has changed since you started, your goal, and a ring showing how far you are toward it.
  • The trend line appears once you have at least two entries in the range you've chosen.
  • History lists your most recent entries and where each one came from.
  • To correct an entry, open Edit or remove under it in History, change the weight or date and select Save, or select Remove this entry. Moving an entry onto a day that already has one replaces that day's; removing a weigh-in takes its 10 Win Points back off. Your trend, your current weight and any early-warning signal read the corrected entry.
  • You can hide weight so it no longer counts toward your health score — see "Hide your weight".
