Log a lab result

Record A1C, glucose, insulin, blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride results and see your latest value for each.

The Biomarkers page keeps your lab values over time — results from your clinician or from at-home tests — so you can see how they're trending.

Steps

  1. Open the menu, then Progress → Biomarkers (Biomarkers).
  2. In the Add biomarker card, choose the Type — for example A1C (%) or Glucose (mg/dL).
  3. Enter the Value and the Date of the result.
  4. Select Log Biomarker.

Good to know

  • Blood pressure is two entries: log SystolicBP (mmHg) and DiastolicBP (mmHg) separately.
  • For cholesterol and lipids, choose HDL, LDL or Triglycerides, all in mg/dL. Insulin is in µIU/mL.
  • Each result you log earns 10 Win Points.
  • The tiles at the top show your latest value for each type with its date, and History lists your 20 most recent entries.
  • To correct an entry, open Edit or remove under it in History, change the type, value or date and select Save, or select Remove this entry. Removing a result takes its 10 Win Points back off.
  • Biomarkers are one of the areas your health score is built from.
  • GLP-Won records your results; it doesn't interpret them. Your clinician is the person to ask what a result means for you.
