Your community room and alias
Find out which community room you're in and why, and the private alias you post under there.
The community puts you in a room with members at the same stage as you, so the conversation fits where you are. You post there under an alias, never your name.
Steps
- Open the menu, then Support → Community (Community).
- The room's name is at the top, with how many members it has and what it's for.
- Find the line that starts You post here as. The name in bold is your alias in this room.
Good to know
- You don't pick a room. Rooms follow your stage in the program: Getting Started, Building Foundations, Finding Your Rhythm, Holding the Line and Alumni, and you move on as your stage changes.
- If you've recorded your clinician's direction in the Transition Center, you're placed in Making the Change. Once you open your post-transition window there, you move to The First 90 Days. If you go back on treatment, you return to the room for your stage in the program.
- Your alias stays the same within a room but is different in every room, so nobody can follow you from one room to the next.
- Your name, email and everything you've logged stay private. Nobody in the room, and no employer, can connect your alias to you.
- When you move to a new room, your earlier posts stay in the old one.
- If no room is open for your stage yet, you'll see No cohort for your stage yet.
