How streaks and grace days work
Your streak survives the occasional missed day thanks to grace. See how grace is earned, used and shown on the Habits page.
A streak counts how long you've kept a habit going — but in GLP-Won, one missed day doesn't send you back to zero. Grace covers the occasional miss, so a bad day doesn't wipe out weeks of work.
Steps
- Open the menu, then Track → Habits (Habits).
- Look at the chips under each habit:
- The flame chip is your streak, in days (or weeks for weekly habits).
- N% this week is how much of the habit you've kept over the last seven days.
- A gold N of M grace left chip appears while a missed day is being covered. M is the grace your streak has earned; N is what's left.
- Keep logging. As your streak grows, so does your grace allowance, up to a limit.
Good to know
- Today never counts as a miss — the day isn't over yet.
- The longer your streak, the more misses it can absorb.
- If you miss more days than your grace can cover, the streak ends and starts again from your next logged day. Your points and history are untouched.
- For Strength Training and Meal Planning, a week counts once you've reached that habit's weekly target, and a missed week can use grace the same way.
- Planning time away? Turn on Vacation Mode so those days don't touch your streaks or your grace at all.
