Confirm your email address
Open the confirmation link we email you, or send yourself a new one if it never arrived or has expired.
When you create an account, GLP-Won emails you a link to confirm your address. Confirming it proves the mailbox is yours, so you can always get back in if you forget your password.
Steps
- Open the email from GLP-Won and select the confirmation link.
- You'll see Email confirmed. Choose Continue (or Log in if you aren't signed in).
If the email never arrived:
- Log in. On Home, Today or Settings, find the Confirm your email card.
- Choose Resend the email, then check your inbox and your spam folder.
Good to know
- A confirmation link works for 3 days. If yours has expired, you'll see That link didn't work. When you're logged in, choose Send a new link on that page.
- You can resend the email once a minute. If you try sooner, you'll be asked to give it a minute.
- Remind me later hides the card for a while. It keeps coming back until your email is confirmed.
- You can use GLP-Won before confirming, but notification emails are only ever sent to a confirmed address.
- Resetting your password with an emailed link also confirms your address.
