Share, download or revoke a clinician summary

Copy the read-only link for your clinician, download a PDF, read their reply, and switch the link off whenever you choose.

Every summary you create gets a private, read-only link for your clinician. You stay in control: you can download it, read any reply, and switch the link off at any time.

Steps

  1. Open the Transition Center, find Clinician packets, and select Open beside the summary.
  2. Under Sharing, copy the Read-only link for your clinician and send it to them however you normally would.
  3. To save a file instead, select Download PDF (the download icon at the top right).
  4. When your clinician replies through the link, you get a notification and a Your clinician responded card appears at the top of the Transition Center. Read it, then select Got it.
  5. To stop sharing, open the summary and select Revoke this link. It stops working immediately.

Good to know

  • Anyone holding the link can read the summary until you revoke it, so share it only with people you mean to.
  • A reply is labelled Acknowledged, Revised directions given or Not supported as written. Names are typed by whoever holds the link; GLP-Won doesn't verify them or interpret the note.
  • Revoking also stops anyone replying through that link. The summary stays in your list marked Revoked, and you can create a new one to share again.
  • The Sharing card in Settings shows how many of your links are active.
