Earn credentials and graduate
Climb the five-rung credential ladder and track your graduation requirements on your transcript. Earned credentials are yours to keep.
Credentials record what you've done, one rung at a time. Graduation sits at the top, and it's based on skills and routines — not on your weight.
Steps
- Open the menu, then Progress → Credentials (Credentials). Each rung shows its requirement and a progress bar; earned rungs show the date.
- Work up the ladder in order: Foundations, Metabolic Skills, Resilience, Independence, then GLP University Graduate. Each rung needs the one below it.
- For graduation, open Progress → Overview and select Graduation transcript (your transcript). It lists every requirement, what you've done so far, and which one you're closest to.
- To keep a copy, select Download to print or save it.
Good to know
- Credentials are checked when you open the Credentials page. A newly earned one is awarded then, with a notification.
- Credentials are permanent. A hard month never takes one away.
- The graduation requirements are: core weeks of GLP University, GLP-1 literacy and escalation knowledge, three sustained routines, two maintenance rehearsals and a lapse-recovery simulation, improvement or stability in two areas, and a 90-day maintenance plan.
- On a clinician-directed transition, a seventh requirement is added: your clinician's direction on file. Graduating doesn't authorize any medication change.
- If you've hidden weight, none of the requirements depend on it.
