Start exploring readiness or report a lapse

Tell GLP-Won you're thinking about a change, or that coverage or supply has already lapsed, so planning and monitoring can begin.

If you're thinking about a change — your coverage is ending, the cost is changing, or you simply want to know where you stand — telling GLP-Won starts the planning. It doesn't start anything else, and your medication is untouched.

Steps

  1. Open the Transition Center and find Thinking about a change?
  2. Optionally fill in What's prompting it? (optional), for example a copay change.
  3. Select Start exploring readiness. Your stage becomes Exploring readiness and the readiness page opens.
  4. If coverage, a prior authorization or a fill has already lapsed, use the same card instead: add a note under What lapsed? (optional) and select Coverage or supply has already lapsed. Once you're exploring readiness, the same option appears as Declare an interruption.
  5. When coverage returns, select Coverage is back on the Coverage interruption on file card.

Good to know

  • Neither option changes your medication or your dose reminders. Your clinician owns what happens with the medication.
  • Reporting a lapse freezes today's numbers — weight (unless hidden), food noise, protein and strength sessions — as a baseline to compare against later. The baseline stays in your record after coverage is back.
  • Starting to explore opens the maintenance and relapse-prevention weeks in Learn early, wherever you've reached in the year.
