Log in and log out
Log in with your email and password, stay signed in on your own device, and log out when you're done.
You log in with the email and password you signed up with. Logging out is worth doing on a shared or borrowed device.
Steps
To log in:
- Go to Log in, or choose Log in on the GLP-Won home page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Leave Remember me ticked to stay signed in on this device. Untick it on a shared computer.
- Choose Log in. If you've turned on two-step verification, enter the code from your authenticator app and choose Verify.
You'll land on Home, or back in setup if you haven't finished it.
To log out:
- Open the menu: choose Menu in the bottom bar on a phone. On a computer, the menu is the sidebar on the left.
- At the bottom of the menu, choose the power icon, Log out.
Good to know
- If you see "That email and password don't match an account", check the address, or choose Forgot password? to reset it.
- After several wrong passwords or codes, sign-in pauses for about 15 minutes to protect your account. The Too many attempts page offers Reset my password if you've forgotten it.
- If the page shows Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, you can use one of those instead of your password.
- Changing or resetting your password signs you out on your other devices.
